Love the advice of having a professional e-mail address.
I can't believe all the photographers (and other small businesses) that have a [3].
Drives me crazy.

Agree on point 1 (as long as professional doesn't mean non-friendly), agree on point 2. Point 3 we haven't tried yet, but it seems like a good idea. Here's a question - would you recommend re-cycling content after a couple years since you should be seeing all new brides on your list?

Of course professional doesn't mean non-friendly - always friendly, kind, and service-oriented, but it should definitely reflect your business as well.
For your question on point 3 ... Absolutely recycle the content! In fact, you could have 12-18 months of material and recycle after that. You can even take the same articles, give them a new title and just add to the old article or change things as the industry changes, and that not only gives you more e-zine material, but it also gives you more material for article marketing, blog posts and more.
