I still feel like for my business and the model I present I stand out because I don't try and nickel and dime customers on printed products. It works well for me.

I agree with the post. There is something to be said for monitor calibration and the output of a print. I don't think providing a quality print is nickle and diming a customer. It's providing a service that showcases their photos in the best way.

I would have liked to hear more about why having printed products is advantageous. Your posts are pretty vague and I would like to have more detail and support for your ideas. I like your ideas, but I am not convinced. For example, why do photographers that offer printed products provide better customer service? Thanks so much for taking the time to post these. I look forward to hearing more from you.
