A demonstrator holds bullets used in Bangkok protests

At a Red Shirts protest a man displays bullets that were fired when demonstrators were killed on 10 April 2010 in Bangkok. The protest was organised by the United Front for Democracy Against Dictatorship (UDD). The UDD or The Red Shirts as they are commonly known, are supporters of the ousted Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra and believe he was forced out power illegally. Many of the demonstrators are rural people and travelled for up to three days to get to the event.
