Not only are most flash websites 'anti-SEO' but they also make it difficult for services like Google Analytics to track visits to invidivual pages.This is one of the reasons why our sister company http://www.areoff.com built my photography website using good old .html pages, well using Wordpress actually. This way each and every image uploaded exists on a separate page, giving search engines plenty of opportunities to index and rank these pages.And as a result Google Analytics is able to track activity on each of these pages and give me rich information about who is visiting the site.
