Dennis Hays started out as a wedding photographer in Miami and Orlando, Florida, over 30 years ago. Since then, he has managed photo labs -- during the days of film -- and worked in various areas of the industry. Besides his work as a location and product photographer, he publishes Photo News Today and reviews photographic products. His latest endeavor, writing about the inner photographer, can be seen here on Black Star Rising. The inner photographer is about what we are inside and what motivates us. Dennis lives in upstate New York with his wife Allison, two children, five cats and two dogs.
