I have my equipment covered twice right now, long story. But both policies are by the same folks, "The Hartford" and there is a very important difference between them. One is just equipment and the other, more expensive, is equipment and liability. The expensive one does NOT cover my equipment overseas where the cheaper by far one DOES cover my equipment any where in the world I might be. So when it's time to renew, they have some 'splaining" to do as to the difference.

Just keep in mind that all equipment insurance is not the same.
